Welcome to Conformity Globe. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, consulting services, and PECB Certified training courses.

1. B2B Consultancy Services

Conformity Globe provides specialized advisory, capacity building, and validation programs to help organizations achieve international accreditation. All advisory engagements are subject to specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed directly between Conformity Globe and the client organization.

2. Training Courses and Registration

By registering for our premium courses (including PECB Certified ISO/IEC Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, and Risk Manager courses), you agree to pay the specified course fees in USD. Access to training materials, exams, and certification eligibility is contingent upon full receipt of payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, consulting frameworks, templates, methodologies, and training materials provided by Conformity Globe are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for their own internal organizational compliance purposes. Redistribution or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability and Indemnity

While we guide organizations toward full compliance with international standards, accreditation is ultimately granted by independent third-party accreditation bodies. Conformity Globe shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from accreditation audits or business operations.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
